I'm not dead yet!!

Just the lack of posts due to an extremely busy and occupied week. Not that i dont wanna upload photos and update.

Let me recall some of the stuff which happened. First, i finished my one month contract job, just give me my pay asap. GF came back, went out a few times with her and the clique too. Shopped alot this month, totally max out my bank account. Like wtf. Super sad and sians. I mean yes, i bought stuff, mainly for CNY but it causes a huge burn in my account. The main culprits are my insane hobby- buying of books (yes, sad to say momo refuses to pay), the pedicure set and polaroid films (extensive boxes of it). Not to mention the clothes shoes and the whatnot. I should just die right now. I cannot not buy books. I need a bloody job right now. This is what i need the most. The great-oh-holy moolahss!

Met up with Andrea and then with Beee's friends. Met with Clique and GF again. Yea, something like this.

And people, i will upload the pictures asap. This is directed to Meiyi especially. Haha, dont fret, i will upload when i get back from my trip. LOL. I know you are dying to see the photos. :) Just wait a tiny bit longer, i will upload it. Just a matter of time only. Grins.

Oh, Avatar is SUPERB!!! Absolutely love the glow in the dark plants.Plus a happy ending movie, absolutely worth watching twice!! Not that im willing to spend that money right now because im a poor girl due to crazy buyings. Anyway, it is a show that makes me recall the scenes and story lines again and again every once awhile. The show even showed my birth date and leen's! How often does this happen huh? :)

My carefree days begin.

Spirit Bound, the fifth book of Vampire Academy series, it is coming out in May 2010. I think my heart just fell to a bottomless pit. Why the drag?!

I'm not just spirit bound, physically and mentally bound to that series (and ultra hot Dimitri). This is damn annoying. I remembered House of Night series came out pretty fast. Let me check the next book. . .Burned is coming out next April. Okay, i need to immerse myself in something else while they get written and publish nicely. This is bad.

Last day of work today. One month passes just like this. No wonder my age seems to increase at such a fast rate. The next thing i know, im probably 25 and going on to 30.

OMG, THE SALONPAS IS BURNING ON MY SHOULDERS RIGHT NOW.. :( First time using it, shit, probably sld cut the patch into tiny pieces. Should i peel it off? How to sleep with the burning sensation going on?!? GOSHHH... >.<

Hello people, 1 more day of work and im welcoming freedom with arms wide, wide open! How awesome hor? Pay will not be much, but enough to cover my Thailand trip next year June, save a little and get myself a nice Ray-Ban. HOHOHO...

And then i remembered asking GF to buy my 20 packs of plain polaroids and one each of Disney polaroids, i realised that will roughly cost my 200 180bucks?! .___. Just awhile back, Noel told me Suntec will have a book fair, 20% off! Bless him. My point here is my salary is NOT enough for all of these! So please, USS, call me!! I wouldn't mind any part-time job else how to support my crazy hobby?

Did i mention my nails are painted in violet? Very striking and prettttay. :)

So should i pop by Suntec on Friday? Maybe i should be a good girl and stay at home. Spare my wallet the agony.

No Monday blues today.

Did the re-enrolment thingy for my next semester. Journey to the school and stepping into the school compound make me feel a little weird. Like im back to being a student again. Perhaps it has to do with the fact that im taking up a part-time job (which im happy to announce, is ending in 3 days time) right now.

Met up with GF today after 11 months of separation!! She is finally back. :) Key purchase for me today will be the 2 books i got from Borders. 20% discount storewide leh! (Did i just swear to stay away from bookstores?) And we did a 5 bucks express manicure. LOL. So cheap and umm, they did smudge the side of my cuticles which im trying very hard to ignore it, but seeing how cheap they are and how express they are (they completed the whole thing in less than 5 mins), overall acceptable lah. Much much better when i painted mine. Kinda fail as a girl. Whatever anyway.

Anyhoo, GF is flying to Japan in about 2 hours odd. ENVY!! It is 5 degrees over there, shiokness!! Though i suck at enduring the coldness but whatever. Better than the weather here right now. Absolutely hotness, sweaty and stinky weather.

Work tomorrow. Endure 3 more days and im away from that place. Seriously, i rather take a male boss anytime. What is wrong with female bosses?! *shot a buay tahan look*

Too much drama in a day.

Hiii people. Majority of us were in a mess today. Almost nerve breakdown because today is D-Day - results release today. Made a big hoo-haa :) Refused to check initially because of certain personal beliefs. In the end, got my friend to check it out for me.

It goes like this...

ME: ehhh, see got NN or not.
(after waiting for a few mins, heart almost stop beating)
HE: what is NN?
(faints)
ME: means fail laaa!!!
HE: *quiet* ... no.
ME: OMG, THANK GODDDDDDDD.
(i could literally fly to heaven)

Next semester i have to work UBER hard. To think of it, all my revisions super last minute and I manage to pass everything. Sigh, i'm really a lucky girl. This checking of results thing, damn scary. Made me so nervous, hands damn cold and heart thumping way too fast. The worst part is not able to check the results because i'm not home alone. And i realised (right this moment) im so close to getting a D.

I have to stop walking into bookstores. I bought 11 books last month. FREAKING 11 of them. Blue Bloods is good by the way. =) Didn't know there is a fourth book to it. Manage to hunt the fourth book down. I'm so happy. :))

Work is boring. Fortunately, i had Liru and a couple of nice people in there. They keep me in check and make work more bearable.

Hi guys, i'm not dead yet. About to anyway, hahahas.

Totally busy toggling with work, books and sleep. After a day of work, I can barely keep my contact lens in my eyes. Shoulders way too stiff and i wish Microsoft Excel is never invented. Haha. But for the sake of moolahs, i have to hang on!

I bought Vampire Academy book 4, people you guys should read it. Dimitri is so so HOT!! *frantically fanning myself*

Thank god work and books occupied most of my time. Especially when Beee is not around. Nobody to listen to my rants. So sad. And i scalded my hand while making milo in office pantry, (lol) and nobody to sayang me. BOOHOOOS.

Okay, just wanna post a short one to let you guys know im too caught up in my fiction world to bother about blogging now. So till next time...

By the way, i was wondering should i make a book blog. To record all of my thoughts and comments. (Especially about how hot and cute the guys are which i totally think are way better than real guys.)

Was out shopping alone today. And my itchy feet just couldn't contain itself and I just had to pop by MPH. That was a bad move, got so tempted and urge to buy was huge. But I'm a good girl, decided to hold on to it first. Must resist! In the end, met up with Momo after her work to have dinner. And I dragged her to the bookstore, HAHAHA. Scored all 7 books! LOL!

Oh, I saw Gossip Girl novel! This book is about the old set of casts - you know Blair, Serene and etc coming back for holidays. So yeap, spotted this. I thought the author stopped writing them anymore. Lucky :)

Short of it

In the end, no shopping trips were made. So I'm still pretty deprived of it. Though I went out last friday to get my cousin a gift, and I made a trip to Diva and exited the place with 50 bucks lesser in my wallet. That hardly counted as shopping. Nonetheless, I felt extremely shiok about the spending even though the decision was made on an impulse.

Plus, my underwater camera arrived! Can't wait to test it out.

My favorite time of the year, where there are raindrops, thunders, gloomy clouds and strong winds. I know quite a number of people hate this time of the year. Too greyish and bleak. But god knows how much I love the weather right now. Even though I hate getting my feet wet and getting dirt/debris/sand particles stuck to my feet. I still freaking love this weather. Before you know it, it is sunny days again. This period is so short. So short.

Mood right now is pretty happy. Feel like I'm floating around a little bit. Like I said, happily ever after ending is still the best after all. :)

I wrote Business to Business and Business to consumer, surprisingly, I guessed it right. Hopefully that awards me 1/2 a mark or whatever. I didn't elaborate, got no idea wth that was. GG!

Aiye, how to thoroughly enjoy my holidays? I have to start convincing myself no point worrying so much right now. Judgement day on the 3rd Dec, if I'm not wrong. If I'm only that interested in studies

My 3 weeks of gruelling mind/body/heart hardwork and sweat is about to take place. Exams coming up and I've yet to check out the exact time table. 3 weeks seems long but not quite either so I'm still figuring out about the revision thing. This exam is making me freak out, kinda lost my touch when it comes to exam and mugging. So I'm pretty worried about it. Can't trust the lazy and procrastinate queen - ME to study like there is no tomorrow and confident of what I'm gonna deliver on the actual day. Especially Account. God, that subject is a pure torture. I have no zits about what the hell it is. Guess revision is going to suck the life out of me.

These few days, rotted, recuperated and restocked. Rotted my time away while recuperating my body with House. Ahhh, I love him. Google him if you don't know. Hugh Laurie as Greggory House in House MD (a medical drama).

If you ask me where are my fav hangout places, it will most likely be shopping centres and bookstores. I had bought more books which explained the 'restocked' word I used. Buying book is a tremendously happy act. I'm starting to prey on facts books which mean books that educate and broaden my interests instead of reading for pure pleasure sake. Say for example books on photography skills or watches or cars and blah blah blah. Yups.

Yes, I went all the way to Toa Payoh just to have Koi bubble tea with tonnes of mini pearls drink. (I know this sounds stupid, all the way for those pearls) Thought that might as well do a little shopping too but weather forbade me to do so. It was so damn hot and hazy. In the end, wriggled our way to Tiong Bahru Plaze to get a book(i love momo!) before popping by my Grand Aunt's house. Only that we met PrincessLeen's mom and her sis (the very nice aunty whom loves my bf to bits). So in the end, after the not so short chat, we ended up taking dinner and went straight home.

Came home and camped in front of my laptop. Scored The House Bunny and Bring it on 3. Moving on the The Librarian right now . . .

Recap of my long weekend

YESSSSSSSS, BC gone! Chucked it down the BBMFT box. I'd submitted it! Which mark the end of this module.

Prior to this, shall tell you guys a joke.

Joke of the day - ME.

As you guys know, I'm extremely forgetful and blur. Today is EPIC. I went to school happily, with only a thought which was to print out whatever I need to (the report, assignment cover sheet, mail merge) and bind it. When I reached the library, opened up my report only to realise that I put the wrong report into my thumbdrive. The bloody wrong report. After like tonnes of double and triple checks the previous night to ensure a smooth running today. You know, the blurest person on Earth just got to make some blunder. So in the end, I rushed home to get the copy out of the Recycle Bin. Thank goodness I didn't empty the bin. With the right copy on hand, I rushed to the shop to get it printed. The thing is, they charge at a extraordinary price! 5 bucks for 10 over pieces of paper and bind. Plus the cab fare which was 6 bucks. Aiyee, feel like I spent so much today.

And what's with all the breaks in between class? Gosh, it just make me increase my spendings and my weight! I munch before class, during break and after class. SEE, I will turn penniless and fat soon!

Before I submit the assignment, I realise I didn't print out my relationship table!! I hope they don't fail me. I'll cry. :( Why the hell did I forgot all about the table? (What is wrong with my head? *muttered to self*)

As promised, my long weekends, I baked shortbreads (butter cookies), popped by Food Fair and watched loads of movies. I'm a movie junkie. The bliss of internet. Hahas.

So, the shortbread pic I got from the net is so different from what we did. LOL. She said it was a simple recipe, I don't think so. Our actions got to be fast else when the dough soften, it is very difficult to cut out the shapes. Add a bit more sugar, the overall taste will be better. Grins.

As much as I would like to blog about my long weekends, BC assignment is bugging me right now. I made a promise to complete it by today or early tomorrow so that I can get it print out by Wednesday, save myself some time for Accounts homework and revision because the extremely bald bored lecturer just got to give us a quiz as he thinks it will help him see who are the weaker students whom need some pushings or threatening to get our heads working. Unfortunately, not. We so do not need this extra quiz which, which does not even contribute to our overall results.

Stupid lecturer.

Of course I know the benefit of quiz, to test our understandings and yadda, yadda. But I will very much like him to leave me alone.

How can anybody not like them?

Seeing their MVs and hearing their songs during a short break of OB meeting, it is exactly like a ice cold green tea on a hot day. Inborn short attention span made me fidgeted about for the entire meeting. How can people sit around the whole day staring at the same stuff? (I mean in general, not applying to OB.)

AHHHH! I forgot Momo and I bought some cookies that day. Shall bring it to school tomorrow. Good for brain during extensive meeting session. (:

I smell like smoked sausage. Especially my hair. :(

Dinner with the clique - Ryan, Siti, Adrn, Beng and Kelvin. Was it call Food for Thought? Somewhere near Raffles Hotel. It was Adrn's recommendation, not bad. They serve PASTA!! Okay, I'm a sucker for pasta so naturally I ordered that. The snail sausage was good!! Siti thought they used snail meat. LOL. Next time I am going to try Garlic Prawn Pasta. Sounds yummy right?? Think of all the sauteed garlic bits on top of the prawns...mmmhs...*drools*

We exited the place smelling like our dinner - smokey. Desserts were donuts from J. CO. Gosh, I ate two and a quarter of donuts. I purposely chose those chocolatey kind because the feeling of chocolate melting in your mouth is fabbbbb and I was craving for it (duh). The thing is, I totally forgot about my throat. .___. Now I remember because it is acting up again.

Shall bring whoever is interested there so that I can have my garlic prawnnnnnn. Teehees. I'm a huge huge fan of garlic :))) Yes, and the oriental wantons in black vinegar and chilli oil at dingtaifeng!!! Come people, let's go eat eat eat! Provided you don't mind smelling like a BBQ pork after eating.

Good news, did pretty well for my OB assignment and Account test. (YAYS!) Heart almost stopped beating just now when I was looking at the results. Plus, SIM-mies were around me. So scary.

What's left now is Statistics. Bahhhhh. Not much confidence in this. I know I screw that up. Aiye...

I'm busy uploading photos on Facebook right now. That thing is slow, wonder is it the connection or just the program fault. At the same time, trying to write up my essay. Problem is, the key points are not really from my essay, so I can't do much referencing. And I have to think of how to link the points up and make some sense out of it.

(Okay, I still can't believe I did well.)

I have to upload CX's 21st birthday and purchasing of Siti's 21st gift - bunnies. Shan't bored you guys with my endless ramblings. So many stuff on my mind now. My To Do list is getting longer and longer. Terrible me.

Shall work on my essay right now though technically, it is just a paragraph. LOL.

Oh man, Alan, Mr Audi = Jason Statham = main lead of Transporter series movies. So blur.

Okay, so Princessleen and me met up to shop for CX's party. Took us quite some time to pick out the clothes. Especially with us being so indecisive. Teehees. Must take tonnes of photos on that day. Will show you guys the transformation. Shall not say too much, in case I divulge too much and it wouldn't be fun anymore. Secured the guys' outfits too. In short, we're ready for the partayyyyy :]

Anyway, while browsing through the boxers section (men, obviously), saw the guy wearing underwear (note: it is the build i'm looking at, not the underwear and who knows where), gosh, so muscular! Instantaneously, remind me of Jason Statham! Aiye.

Again, speaking of him, I'm going to watch another movie by him. Erm, titled Chaos. Gun fights and lotsa actions, I hope there will be. Yeapps. So till then.

By the way, Statistics test result is OUT! Crap, nervous nervous nervous!! Heard the class did not that well, about 20 plus percent failed with a 8 or 9 score, a handful gotten distinction, 2 gotten full marks, the rest about 11 or 12 out of 20. Should I check it now? Yes? No? :/

Geez, I can't keep doing this. Everytime I've seen a fantastic movie (as in plenty of actions - "bang!bang!bang!!"), can't help drool over the main lead. Yesterday (or was it the day before?) was Tom Cruise, today is Jason Statham. He is HOTTT!! No wonder yesterday when I watched Death Race I was thinking how come that guy so familiar. Sigh, don't you guys think he is hot?! Definitely the bad boy type.

I'm keeping Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace till Sgh aka MickeyMouse (according to Alan) comes home.

Anyway, at this moment, Mr Audi just used a crane hook to fish out the bomb under his car while making some mid air flip. *adores* Cool.

Okay, gotta watch Mr Audi kicks some bad ass! Got to emphasize again, he is DARN HOT!HOT!HOT! Don't tell me he is not, i'll bitch slap you. *flash my demurest (ah-ha!this word exists) smile*

Camped in front of my laptop and completed Mission Impossible I, II and III!! Ahhh, I really have no idea Tom Cruise is so yummy. He is so fiiiinnneee and fit! (: Compare to the real life him, no wonder I didn't notice his macho-ness till now - on the screen. Plus, he has a cute grin and is a damn good agent.

At least Katie has some taste. But marriage does ruin her. She seems so not radiant right now. Totally different (in terms of image) before marriage and childbirth.
